PAYMENTS & SHIPPING
We accept ALL CREDIT/DEBIT AND ONLINE transactions. We ship 3 days from the date of ordering and will take 7-10 working days for orders to be delivered.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
In the event of an incorrect order being delivered please take a photograph of the same and send it to us within 24 hours of the package being received, to firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject - ‘Wrong Product’. We will dispatch your correct order within 3 days of receiving this Email. Subsequently, we will pick up the wrong products delivered from your doorstep. In the event of a product being damaged which is highly unlikely, please take a photograph of the same and send it to us within 24 hours of the package being received, to email@example.com with the Subject - ‘Damaged Package’. We will dispatch a replacement for the damaged product within 3 days of receiving this Email. Products once opened are not eligible for return except in special scenarios. Items that are shipped to us without adequate packing to ensure the safe return and are subsequently damaged are not eligible for full return credit. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please return via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

It is not safe to feed honey to children who are less than 1 year old as they do not have the necessary ability to digest honey. Store honey at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not recommended as it will absorb moisture. The cooler temperature will promote and speed up the crystallization of liquid honey. It’s one of the few products in the world that never goes bad. Honey can be taken directly or use in baking, skincare, smoothies, drinks, juices and a varied other options available. Pure Honey will have a flavour that is a combination of wax, pollen from the flowers and fruitiness from the nectar. Pure Honey colours vary between light amber and dark brown or even black. Colour changes between different batches in the same variety of honey. Pure Honey will crystallize when stored in cooler temperature. Our Whole spices are of premium quality which is full of aroma and flavour. Our spice blends are prepared ONLY after orders are placed to keep the freshness intact. Our coffee beans are purely Arabica and Robusta from the best coffee estates of South India. Our tea are purely orthodox, premium quality, sourced directly from the tea estates of Assam, Darjeeling and Kerala. Our soaps are handmade without any toxic chemicals and free from sulphates, paraben.

All our products are ethically sourced from various part of India.
2. All your products are natural?
Yes everything is natural and free from toxic chemicals.
3. What is the shelf life of your products?
Honey - as per FSSAI norms 18 months from the date of packaging.
Whole Spices & Masala Powders - 6 months shelf life.
Coffee - 6 months shelf life.
Tea - 12 months shelf life.
Skincare products - 12 months shelf life.
The above shelf life is applicable if the products are stored as per our instructions.

6. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we do not entertain any modifications or cancellations once your orders are placed. However, get in touch with us for any unique scenario and we would definitely try to support from our end. But once we shipped the products, no modifications or cancellations nor refunds.
7. Do you have COD (cash on delivery) option?
We do not have COD and all the transactions are to be made online/gpay/paytm/bank transfer at the time of placing your orders.

No, honey should always be added into lukewarm water only.

No, they should not be reheated. Always prepare them fresh and consume fresh.
14. Can I store honey in the refrigerator?
No, honey should be stored only in a cool dry place and not in fridge.
15. What to do if honey crystallises?
Please place the bottles in a warm bowl of water. Crystallisation is natural process that takes place in all natural and raw honey.
16. Do you have licenses?
Yes we do have our FSSAI license, honey is lab tested and certified for no added sugar. All other products are sourced from farmers ethically where they are grown organically.
